Advanced Conservatory:

Children’s Crusade is based on poetry by groundbreaking 20th century playwright Bertolt Brecht. Set against the backdrop of the early months of World War II, a group of teenagers form a “crusade” whose goal is to find a place without war. As with so many young people during that era, these teens are forced to grow up before their time to ensure that their futures are not swallowed up by the horrors of war, but filled with unconditional love, acceptance, and imperishable hope.

Oedipus the King This modern musical update of the classic Greek tragedy tells the story of Oedipus, King of Thebes. A plague has inexplicably struck the city, and a prophecy states that the only way to stop it is to solve the murder of the previous king. The citizens are counting on their revered leader to solve this mystery, but the answers he uncovers reveal a web of lies and scandal that might unleash an even more destructive force on them all.

Intermediate Conservatory:

The Two Harlequins The elderly Gerontes seeks the hand of Isabella, and enlists his servant, Harlequin, to assist. Confusion arises when Harlequin’s brother unexpectedly arrives in town. “Comedy of Errors” meets “Servant of Two Masters” in this Commedia dell’Arte style farce.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream Four camp counselors, six unlikely actors, and two warring fairy bands cross paths in the forest outside of Camp Athens. Love and chaos ensue in Shakespeare’s updated classic comedy.

The Improv Show:

The students square off against the teachers in a variety of improvisational games!
