This is Margaret’s first year as CTC’s scenic designer and scenographer. You have most recently seen her designs in The Little Mermaid. Margaret also taught CTC Summer Theatre Conservatory during Summer 2011 and shared her expertise and skills with the students both in Core as well as Intermediate and Advanced Conservatories.

Halloween Make Up and Special Effect
Do you have visions of oozing blood? A macabre flesh wound? Creating a zombie-apocalypse? Or do you just have lots of Halloween make up and no idea how to make your face look like the packaging? Margaret has over three years of experience creating special effects and make up for productions like Evil Dead: The Musical and haunted houses. Particularly great for Halloween, or any time of the year you need a bit of chocolatey blood goodness.
Stage Make Up & Face Painting
Great for birthday parties or events that call for specialized stage make up. Margaret can make you up as a butterfly, a cat, an old lady, or anything your heart desires. You supply the make up, she’ll provide the art!
Drawing Skills 101
Do you want to learn basic drawing techniques that will serve you in theatre and beyond? Margaret will introduce you to still life drawing techniques such as chiaroscuro and perspective: perfect for aspiring scenic designers. For aspiring costume or fashion designers, techniques of life drawing will cover the form of the body and the drape of fabric.
