CORE AND JUNIOR
SUMMER THEATRE CONSERVATORY 2012
California Theatre Center's CORE THEATRE CONSERVATORY (ages 8 and up) is a full day, 3-week-long theatre intensive for students with or without prior theatre experience. Students work hands-on with CTC's professional actor-teachers in acting, movement, and voice classes. All students are cast in a play that is performed for the public on the last two days; typically Friday and Saturday. In addition, they design and build all props, sets, costumes, tickets, and programs. Includes 4 free tickets to Summer Rep, CTC's professional repertory season of plays. |

California Theatre Center's JUNIOR THEATRE CONSERVATORY (ages 5-8) is an 8-day morning program designed to introduce the concept of making plays. In this active but non-threatening environment, students engage in theatre exercises and produce a short play presented to family members on the final day. |
