2011-2012 Family Series Terms and Conditions

Theatre rules require that everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. |

Family Series performances are general admission; there are no reserved seats except for Special Groups and Birthday Parties. |

Seating begins 20 minutes prior to curtain. Late seating is at the discretion of the management, so please arrive in advance of curtain time. |

Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance, if they are returned at least 48 hours in advance of the performance date printed on your original ticket. (However, exchanging your tickets at least a week in advance gives CTC a better opportunity to fill your empty seats.) The exchange fee is $2.00 per ticket. |

To exchange in person, bring your tickets to the CTC Office at 753 E. El Camino Real, Suite B, Sunnyvale; Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. |

To exchange by mail, call the CTC Box Office at 408 245-2978 to reserve tickets for another performance, then send your original tickets to CTC, PO Box 2007, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. |

Missed Performances: If you cannot attend your performance or have an emergency and cannot exchange your tickets by the deadline date, your tickets may be donated for tax credit. Simply call the CTC office at 408 245-2978 to release your tickets and, if you wish, CTC will provide you with a donation receipt. |

Courtesy: No food or beverages are allowed in the Theatre. Photography, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited. The use of cell phones, cameras, Blackberries and other mobile devices are strictly prohibited during the performance. Noisy and disruptive children should be taken to the Theate Lobby. |
